I’m just gonna address point 10:
The promo showed that apparently (or as they made it seem), Lisa was cloning horses? There was a line from Amy or Georgie about “but it’s not really the same horse” sooo... Since when can we clone horses?
Again, not having seen the preview, I can’t say what that line could mean. I do know there are very strict rules governing the breeding of thoroughbred racehorses—the kind Lisa’s business would definitely be involved with. It’s to do with The Jockey Club, which determines all sorts of things regarding thoroughbreds. One such thing is the naming of a horse.
This, from How Thoroughbred Horses Work by Josh Clark:
“The Jockey Club also determines whether a horse's name is appropriate. There are some obvious regulations and some that aren't : A horse's name can't contain any kind of racial or social slur or offensive meaning, it can't be named after a famous person without that person's consent, it generally can't share the name with a winning or famous horse and it can't consist entirely of numbers, among other rules [source: Jockey Club].”
So, we’re left wondering a few things: Has Lisa been duped into buying a horse that she thought was a great breeder? Has she been trying to pass off one of her horses as another by lying about its pedigree? Seems so unlike her to do something like that.
Time will tell, of course.
