⚱️- Homely decorations
Maelie’s home is extremely simple. She lives in a very small apartment close to Tout en Fleur, but because most of her money goes back into her business, she still lives rather modestly. Being a florist, she always has fresh pots of flowers on tables, whatever they had excess of in the store that day.
Most of her decorating is made up of gifts, and therefore, much of her house doesn’t match - but everything has a story behind it. Her first clients weren’t nearly as notorious as the ones she works for nowadays; no, she often donated her time at the beginning of her career, or worked for very little, to make friends happy. Her generosity can be seen by the gifts she has been given by grateful brides, such as embroidered cushions, small paintings... things that they could make by hand. These items are the favourite things she owns.
