David Bowie. Labyrinth. I’d actually been drawing this a few weeks prior to the passing of David Bowie, just because I loved the movie and wanted to do something for it better than I had in the past. Well, let this also be my Bowie love letter. Rest in peace David Bowie. It's only forever Not long at all

Christopher Lee. Sir Christopher Frank Carandini Lee to be exact. Sometimes I let my next drawing be random. I asked others what I should do next. This time my brother, Thomas of the JATHE podcast (shameless plug), tells me to draw a picture of Frankenstein’s monster played by Christopher Lee. So I did, then expanded. Christopher Lee had just passed in 2015. I even used one of the pictures for a pumpkin carving in the ‘In memoriam’ section in the Jack-o-lantern Spectacular. The guy played a lot of iconic roles. I really liked the collage format and I think I’ll use it again.

Santa Claus - Merry Christmas boys and girls!

Nana and Papaw. My maternal grandparents, Bobby and Phyllis Meade. This was done as a present from me for Mother’s day. They passed years ago but I think on them every Christmas Eve. When I was younger that side of my family got together for a family Christmas on Christmas Eve, and it was mainly at my grandparents’ house, due to it also being their anniversary. So Merry Christmas, and happy anniversary Nana and Papaw.
