Does Yarok, the Desecrated double the number of loyalty counters placed on a planeswalker when it enters the battlefield?
No.
A planeswalker gets their initial loyalty counters from an inherent replacement effect, so Yarok doesn’t interact with that.
Getting loyalty counters as an enters the battlefield trigger wouldn’t work, though, since that means the planeswalker would enter the battlefield with no loyalty and immediately die before its trigger could give it any.
I've flickered my Clocknapper using Angel of Condemnation's first activated ability, which will return it at the beginning of my next end step. I also have Conjurer's Closet on the battlefield, which flickers a creature at the beginning of my end step. Will I be able to stack the triggers so I can flicker Clocknapper again using Conjurer's Closet?
No.
At the beginning of your end step, both Conjurer’s Closet and the delayed trigger from Angel of Condemnation’s activated ability trigger. You have to choose a target for Conjuror’s Closet’s trigger when you put it on the stack, but the creature that was exiled by Angel of Condemnation isn’t back on the battlefield yet at that time, and so it can’t be chosen as a target.
