JOSUKE AND OKUYASU WITH A S/O WHO LOVES HORROR MOVIES

Josuke Higashikata

He’s quite surprised at first, he had this idea of watching a scary movie with a significant other and acting as the brave one but seeing how excited (Y/N) got for watching a horror movie had him wide eyed

Josuke will never back down from a horror movie night, (Y/N)’s excitement is also very contagious so he’s more than happy to watch as many movies as they’ll like

He will get scared but he’s good at hiding it (or so he believes), (Y/N) looks back at him with a wide smile after a jumpscare and he will smile back like his body didn’t just shake the whole sofa a moment away

Josuke will take (Y/N) to every horror movie that plays at the local cinema and bonus points if it’s premier night, he also rents any movie that looks scary enough to watch on a friday night

“This one looked pretty scary, just look at that face!”

“Wow Josuke, I think you have a good eye for horror movies!!”

At the end of the day, he doesn’t get scared as much since he spends most of the movie looking down at (Y/N) with a smile plastered in his face

Okuyasu Nijimura

“A-are you sure you want to watch this one?”

“Yeah! It’ll be fun!!”

He curses at the fact that, of every genre known to man, they had to love the horror one.

Okuyasu can be scared but he won’t pass on the opportunity to sit beside his loved one watching a movie, even if his knees shake and he’s biting his nails most of the time

He does the most, of course. He screams his lungs out the moment a jumpscare appears on screen and this has (Y/N) laughing twice as hard. Okuyasu starts to believe they don’t actually love horror movies, but seeing him horrified.

He’s still very fascinated by how excited (Y/N) gets over these movies, talking about the thrill of it all makes him actually be excited as well (then regrets it)

Okuyasu is also very attentive to any criticism they might give if the movie is “not scary enough”, not scary enough??!! he’s still shaking from the whole thing

sweater (josuke x reader)

 as you stepped out of the house to make your usual morning walk to school, you realized it was much chillier than you had expected it to be. you ran back inside the house to grab your (f/c) sweater off of the coat rack. you threw it on over your school uniform, and made your way out the door again.

as you started your route, you noticed your friends, okuyasu and josuke, walking from the next neighborhood over. they went to your school, so they were walking in the same direction as you were. okuyasu waved at you and flashed his signature toothy grin, signaling for you to come walk with them. 

you had had a crush on josuke since the day you had first met him. he was tall, sweet, funny, and not to mention extremely handsome. the two of you got along well, slowly becoming friends over the last few months. you never thought about admitting these feelings to him, because you genuinely couldn’t tell if he felt the same way or not. why would someone as popular and handsome as him fall for you when he had hundreds of girls lined up for him? it just didn’t make sense. ultimately, you decided that staying just friends and not getting your hopes up was the safest option.

you had finally caught up with the two boys, and the three of you were now making your way towards the high school you all attended. 

“hey guys,” you said, still out of breath from trying to catch up to them.

“oi, y/n, next time you should leave a little earlier so you don’t have to run after us. next time we’ll just leave you behind.” okuyasu teased. you laughed and playfully punched him in the arm.

“speak for yourself,” josuke said, “i wouldn’t leave her behind.”

you felt a warmth creep its way across your cheeks. did you imagine that or did he really just say that?

“it’s probably because you have a big fat crush on y/n,” okuyasu laughed, earning a death stare from josuke.

josuke’s eyes made his way to you, his expression immediately softening.  “hey, y/n,” he said, a kind smile on his face.

“yeah?” you said.

“you look cute in that sweater.” his cheeks were pink and he couldn’t hold eye contact with you anymore as he quickly looked to the side.

you felt the warmth on your cheeks deepen. okuyasu was sitting there, wide-eyed and slack-jawed in disbelief.

“oh ho ho,” he chuckled, “you’ve got it even worse than i thought, josuke!”

“shut up,” josuke mumbled. “anyways, i gotta go to class, see you guys later!” he practically ran away from you and okuyasu into the nearest classroom. okuyasu followed shortly behind him. your mind was too jumbled up from what had just happened to even form a coherent thought. did josuke really call you cute? was he blushing? did you make him nervous? did he feel the same way about you? you felt like you were walking on clouds and like you had butterflies in your stomach. you walked around like this for the rest of the school day, too busy thinking about the dreamy, navy-haired boy to pay attention in class.

This year you decided you weren’t going to go out and watch fireworks with friends. Sure, you loved the colors and being with people you loved. You just hated the noise. It always had you cowering. So you sat in your friend, Josuke’s livingroom, watching a movie, under a large throw blanket.

“I’m sorry I’m keeping you in. I know you love the Morioh fireworks.”

You felt so guilty, but Josuke was insistant that you let him stay with you while you stayed home. He thought it was unfair for you to miss so much fun and be on your own

“(Y/N), Don’t apologize. I wanted to be here with you.”

He assured you. You sighed and rested your head on his shoulder. Then it happened, the first pop of an expoding firework. It shook your chest and your whole body tensed up You clung to Josuke. He wrapped an arm around you.

“Hey it’s alright, I have you, you’re fine.”

He pulled you close. There was no way for you to pay attention to the movie any longer. You hid your face in his chest, trembling. He then lifted your head with a hand, making you look at him.

“It’s alright. I’m here.”

He pulled you closer.

“I’ve got you.:

His smiled caused you to blush...it was the best,

“I know...I know...”

You spoke softly. He then kissed your forehead.

“Good”

You tip-toed behind the huge, muscular man that was your boyfriend, grinning as you saw that he was immersed in the task at hand. Jonathan was too easy to surprise, sometimes.

Confirming that he wasn’t looking, you then took your chance and, standing on your tippy toes, swiftly gave him a peck on the lips and backed away with a smile, gauging his reaction.

“Wha-” he looked at you, speechless, lifting a couple fingers to softly touch his lips as he processed what had just happened.

You laughed, drawing closer again.

“Surprise!”

He grinned down at you and pulled you back up into another kiss, both of you smiling into it.

Joseph Joestar

The two of you were walking down the street when the idea occurred to you. He was talking about something, gesticulating and overall expressing himself rather loudly, but you just found it endearing.

Taking Joseph Joestar by surprise was no easy feat, but somehow you managed to quickly stand on your toes and give him a small kiss in the cheek, prompting him to let out an exclamation.

“Hey!”

Laughing, he didn’t waste time in looping an arm around your waist, smashing his lips against you with a cheeky smile on them.

“I know I’m irresistible, babe.”

You slapped his forearm jokingly, but kissed him back anyways, relishing his characteristic passion.

Jotaro Kujo

Jotaro was sitting on the kotatsu when you entered the living room, poring over some textbook. His eyebrows were furrowed in clear concentration and, even though it gave him an intimidating look, you knew your boyfriend well enough to find it cute.

Soundlessly, you sat down next to him, leaning on his shoulder and looking at the textbook - it was a biology one, or so it appeared.

“It’s cold today.” You mumbled, snuggling next to him.

Jotaro didn’t say anything, being a man of few words, but he let you stay by his side with a different, more relaxed look in his eyes.

You smiled brightly and leaned forward a bit more, pecking his cheek and quickly withdrawing.

Jotaro teared his eyes off the book and briefly looked at you before pulling down the brim of his cap. You swore there was a faint blush in his face.

“Yare yare, let me finish the chapter at least.”

Josuke Higashikata

“This one is the best!”

“JoJo, you’ve been saying that for the past three songs.”

The teen laughed, rubbing the back of his neck. You were both laying on his bed, looking at the ceiling while a Prince album played in the background, creating an almost perfect atmosphere to hang out with your partner.

“They’re all amazing.” He said, looking at you.

Your faces were pretty close, a faint blush spreading over your cheeks. Not bearing the slow wait, you moved forward and kissed him straight on the lips as he let out a small, surprised laugh.

“You’re more amazing, though.” You muttered, blushing even more profusely as Josuke let out a blinding smile.

“Look who’s talking.” He pulled you closer by the waist and you didn’t resist him, smiling too.

Giorno Giovanna

It had been already two months since you started dating Giorno Giovanna, but each and every one of his graceful movements still amazed you. He was just so beautiful, you thought as the sun hit his braided hair in just the right way to make it gold.

“What are you thinking, cara mia?” He suddenly spoke, not taking his eyes off the paperwork in front of him.

You had been caught.

“It’s nothing..:”

Giorno smiled knowingly and you decided it was best to leave the room, not wanting to disrupt his work any more. A small blush spread accross your face, however, as you thought about giving him a little surprise.

“See you later, dear.” You smiled at him and swiftly planted a kiss on the top of his head, walking out of the room before he could react.

As you left the place, your boyfriend continued his work, but with a smile and a tinge of pink in his cheeks the entire time. He would have some quality time with you later.

GALAXY FOR JOSUKE OR MIRIO-----

Josuke -

Only a few fleeting days had passed since the serial killer known as Yoshikage Kira, or, rather, hiding under the cruel alias of Kosaku Kawajiri, tormenting not only his ‘new’ family but constantly on the prowl for young girls with hands glistening in the rain or shining in the sun, well-clipped nails, taking his sick souvenirs from his brutalized victims and turning them into what anyone else would view as terrible reminders of his own deeds.  How anyone like him could exist, Josuke still didn’t understand.  But he knew Morioh.  The town was safe now.  Nobody could end up like Yoshikage’s victims, or victims of any other stands, for that matter.  There was no crazed old man flying about in a picture frame and shooting magic arrows into people, infusing them with unimaginable power.  There was only you at his side.

He didn’t have to worry anymore.  When he had first met you, long before the craziness of everything had begun, you’d been young, and really the only thing that drew you to one another were, as his old man had predicted, were your stands.  From the beginning of the oddities, though, he knew you were going to get involved.  No matter what he did to stop you.  And you did.  At every moment, Josuke would worry of Kira taking you from him.  You could hold your own against simple-minded stand users.  But with someone cold and calculating, scheming and sick, overcome with lust and desire, someone like Kira, whose victims had all been beautiful girls like yourself, he couldn’t get the thought out of his head.

If now wasn’t confirmation of that, he wasn’t sure what was.  The two of you were sat upon his couch, gaming, a match against one another, seeing whose character, and subsequently their designed world and citizens, would win, and the other, whose would perish.  You were still a noob (and Josuke didn’t mind reminding you of that fact) but you were at least trying.  You’d caught up to him in hit counts as he’d zoned off, but as soon as he snapped back into reality you were quickly falling behind as he strategized decisively and began eliminating your flanks.  In a desperate attempt you brought out all of your units, fighter pilots and tanks and armed ships.  All for naught.  Within a few seconds, your controller shook, and you cursed under your breath as your side of the screen went black and Josuke won the level of his.  

With a sigh you slumped back, folding your arms behind your head and displacing the controller off on the couch.  “You always win,” you pouted, tilting your head to the side with a small smile, all in good humor.  “Would it kill you to let me have a chance?”

He muted the game and set his controller onto the table in front of you before leaning over and wrapping an arm around your shoulders, encouraging, “But you made it to city level this time!  You only got to tribal last.  So if you keep improving like that, then you’ll get to space in no time!”  With an excited grin, he gave you a gentle noogie, chuckling at your response of simply rolling your eyes and letting him have his fun.  Of course, he wouldn’t do it if you objected to it.  But you’d deemed it cute.  The faint giggle of your exhale was proof enough, and as he continued, you playfully swatted at his hand, reaching out for that oh-so-precious pompadour that Josuke prided himself upon.  “And after space is universe, the last level!  One day you’ll beat me, [y/n], I’m sure of it.”

“Ohhh no,” you shook your head, “I’ve seen you play galaxy enough to know I don’t ever want to put up with all of that.”  Your mind snagged on a memory of Josuke’s last game, where he’d reached the beginning of universe mode and acquired twenty-two different galaxies within the first five minutes, totaling no less than eighty planets only to almost immediately have all of them wiped by aliens before he had so much as a chance to set up his defense forces on his worlds.  It was like micromanaging a bunch of unruly children.  “But I wouldn’t mind doing it with you,” you admitted lightly, settling your head in your chin and falling back into your initial defeated position.  “Unless you destroy my worlds.  Then I don’t even stand a chance,” you laughed.

“Does that mean you’ll come after mine?”

“After today, you’d better be ready for me to nuke every last one of your sites until you have absolutely none left,” you retorted with a sly simper, poking the tip of his hair at just the right moment before he shook it side-to-side, a silent no.

Was now his best chance?  Well, may as well… “There’s one world you will absolutely never be able to destroy,” he informed slowly, waiting for the realization to dawn on your face as he’d seen happen in so many movies before.  He’d always thought about saying the line, but never had the confidence, at least not until he talked to Okuyasu, who wholeheartedly supported him, and threatened to use it on you (even though you were already dating Josuke) himself should he not do so.  

You threw up your hands, shifting side to side as though you yourself were a white flag.  “Ah, jeez, Josuke!  We get it, you’re an epic gamer,” you sighed, nevertheless giving him a quick peck on the cheek to know all was truthfully well.  He was genuinely quite skilled at them.  And the fact that he’d introduced you to such a wide variety of games and shown you how to play them was, you supposed, an added bonus as being his girlfriend.

Ah crap, that wasn’t how this was planned to occur!  In a silent plea for success, he took you in both of his arms and hugged you close to him, gently correcting, “It isn’t one in the game,” he began, “it isn’t the world we live in, either.  The world no one can ever destroy is the one I hold in my hands.”

“You’re holding me.”

“Exactly.”

You burst out into laughter.  “That is - ” you broke off into another fit of chuckles, barely able to catch your breath, “ - so bad.”

Josuke paled.  Damnit, had he just embarrassed himself in front of you?

“And I love it.”

The color returned to his face double-time, now with an additional blush free of charge, at your conclusion.

•This man loves coming to your games. At first, it’s cute and all how supportive he is of you but later on it just gets out right embarrassing. Now he has Okuyasu cheering with him and oh boy, do your teammates tease you to no end. The girls are always jealous of how you have such a cute boyfriend but in the end you just brush off their comments.

•Whether it’s a match or a skirmish, Josuke’s eyes will stay glued to you 24/7. Especially at those super small volleyball shorts.:7:!,&:’

•He will admit he doesn’t like how small the uniform is and how much of your skin is exposed for everyone else to see. You may catch him with a pout on his face because of this.

•Before games, he’ll always ask if he can tie your hair up into a ponytail (if it’s long) or clip your hair back (if it’s short)

•He’ll scream things like “That’s my girl!” or “Yeah you show em y/n!” Although he doesn’t mean to, he’ll probably end up distracting you during the game.

•If you ever dive for the ball, he’ll always get worried you’ll hurt yourself even though you have knee pads. He can’t help it, it’s just the inner sweetheart in him.

•After the game, he’ll come up to you and ruffle up your hair while offering you a drink of water. The biggest smile would be on his face and with one look, anyone could tell how proud he was of you, no matter how the game went.

•If you ever lose a match he’ll be right there by your side. Do you need to take your frustration out? He’ll encourage you to break things and let it out (he’ll repair the things after obviously). Either that or he’ll try to take you out somewhere to get your mind off of things, maybe to the transmission tower with the nice view (enemy stand superfly) that Mikitaka enjoys.

•if you ever need someone to practice your serves with, josuke would definitely volunteer. After practicing for a bit, you tend to get bruises on your forearms from hitting the ball repeatedly so he’ll use his stand to repair you and make it so that you’re in tip top condition

•he always flexes to oku and koichi about how epic his girlfriend is :> and even though it embarrasses you, you’re still happy he’s content

JOTARO(PT3) & JOSUKE WITH A S/O WHO NEVER GIVES UP

Jotaro Kujo

Being thrown back in the air and crashing against a wall was no fun. (Y/N) was getting really tired of it, this time it nearly knocked her the fuck out. All the crusaders groaned in pain as they landed on their backs, this stand user was more powerful than what they initially thought. He laughed in the distance watching them struggle, some bits of concrete embedded into their skin.

They had been fighting this man for longer than comfortable and it getting to them, while the enemy stand started another laughing fit and going off about how Dio would pay him greatly for his doings.

“God, just shut up already.”

The crusaders turned to the female teenager, standing up on wobbly legs with a big frown in her features and almost stumbling back but standing her ground.

Queen of Hears materialized with a matching expression, the man was so distracted by his own ranting that he barely noticed the nearing wands coming for his legs. He fell to his back and knocked his head on the floor, groaning.

“What in the...”

“I’ll have headaches for days” she said stepping closer “you might as well”

Almost as if playing golf, Queen swung her wand to his abdomen successfully knocking the air out of him and a purple fist was quick to deliver a few punches as well, knocking him out completely.

Jotaro was quick to be by her side to hold her falling form.

“Are you alright?”

“My head hurts and I can’t feel my legs...” (Y/N) whined

“That’s expected” he smirked “That was great”

“I was done with his shit”

Jotaro’s smirk grew and he even chuckled to himself.

Josuke Higashikata

It seemed as this man was unstoppable, fighting Kira was like an unending fight and their energy was growing thin. (Y/N) laid bloodied on the concrete from the last explotion Killer Queen just caused, she breathed in sharply and listened to Hayato’s screams. Lifting her eyes she saw Josuke who could barely stand his ground at this point and Kira was slowly creeping up on him, she had to act quick.

Standing up was harder than she thought, she felt the blood seeping out from her wounds and her shaking legs but that didn’t stop her movements. Kira was oblivious about her stance, one feet in front of the other to not lose her balance.

Queen of Wands materialized behind her silently and seemingly unharmed, good as new. In a swift motion her stand swung her wand at Killer Queen’s head, not precisely knocking it out but it did disorient the stand.

“Stay... the fuck... away from him...”

Josuke eye’s widened but we didn’t waste the opportunity, Crazy Diamond threw a punch and Kira was thrown back from the impact. (Y/N) hurried to Hayato’s side despite her wobbly form to put him to safety. The poor kid was shocked and most definetly on the verge of tears.

“(Y/N)-san!”

Her stand was agile enough to move quickly and dodge Kira’s stand for at least a few centimeters and saving her time. She needed to find Jotaro. Josuke in a moment was by her side, Kira out of sight if only for a couple of minutes.

“(Y/N) are you crazy?!”

“I’m good, and you?”

“That was risky!”

(Y/N) gave him a big grin “I know right?”

Josuke’s expression was one of worry but he was mostly surprised, the blood dropping from his forehead matched the one falling from her lips. She looked back at where the man was supposed to be and turned to her boyfriend.

“Let’s get this over with”

Wii With Josuke:

Josuke shook the controller in his hand violently, attepting to move the tennis racketet in the game correctly.

“This is bullshit! I can’t do this right!

You laughed at him, tears threatening to fall. He had been struggling for the past two hours with various games, he was only good at golf...somehow. This wasn’t the first time the two of you had played the nintendo wii together. He just sucked at it.

“I honest to god, don’t know how to help you.” You honestly felt bad. He was sincerely trying his best. He stopped shaking the controller and had a defeated look on his face,

“I’m pathetic...I don’t deserve to be on the pedistal with your mii.” He began to pout and you stepped over to him, patting his back.

“Don’t give up. You’re Josuke Higashikita aren’t you? Doesn’t that mean something?” You tried to encourage him with your words, but it was still hard not to laugh. He looked at you and nodded.

“You’re right. I’m being a wimp.” He sucked in in a breath and lifted his controller back up. Ready to play once more. You smiled. There his is. He’d lose, but he was motivated.

“There’s the guy I know.” You clicked your controller to start the game. It counted down from thee.. You both got into a fighting stance before it began. You both whipped your controllersd around. Josuke began to lose it again.

“Mother fucking-!”

He became violent again. Good thing the controller had a strap you could put your wrist into. 

Part of you really wanted to let him win, but you wouldn’t give into your soft side, so you continued doing your best until you wont the game.

“I would declare my victory, but I don’t wanna rub it in your face.”

You looked at your boyfriend as you spoke. He was clearly unhappy. He sighed and groaned.

“I don’t think I wanna play anymore, Y/N...” He looked to his feet. You shook your head and went up to him, hugging him from the side.

“You poor, poor boy.” You teased him, nuzzling your face against hiss arm. He pulled it from your grasp so that he could wrap it around you.

“This isn’t an axcuse, but I;m tired...can we just go to bed? I’m losing my mind here.” He looked down at you, controller hanging from his wrist. You nodded.

“Okay. But this is an excuse no matter what you say.” You smiled at him and he furrowed his brows.

“I’ll only accept that insult because I love you...that’s it.” His expression lifted, he was slowly getting over his little fit.

“Alright alright. I will accept that fact.” You removed yoursellf from his hold on you, you set down your controller and pulled his off of his wrist.

“Ley’s get some shut eye.”
