Day 56 🍣 Jo's Sushi in Pleasant Hill. A hidden gem. We got to sit at the sushi bar & meet Jo (owner). We tried; Tamago, Unagi, Hamachi, Scallops on the Beach, seared Albacore, Sashimi Assortment, Salmon skin roll.
