I know this isn't how it works but I want Jougo to have a little bit of darkness powers that show up after he learns about the whole gentle darkness thing. Y'know, as a treat. Like, maybe when he starts getting upset the room will start getting darker. And over time people will pick up on it and they learn that if the room just suddenly gets dark even though there's a light source right there then they need to shut up quickly because the king is fucking pissed.
