32. What is your ideal working environment? A. My Ideal work environment would have to be an office. I would want the office to have very netural colors like space gray or black. I think neon colors are too distracting for a work environment and would cause the employees to be easily distracted. I like open work spaces instead of cubicles because I think cubicles are very restrictive to an employee. A good working environment also has a break room with a mini fridge and a keruig coffee maker. Another I find useful in a good working environment is a Idea or Image board where employees can post ideas or images.
