Journalling is like going to the gym.⠀ ⠀ When you're in the zone, you're journalling consistently and reaping all the rewards that it brings. A better outlook, a clarified mental state and you're motivated to keep going. ⠀ ⠀ But... you miss one or two sessions and it's so hard to swing yourself back into being motivated again. I'm currently in this part of the journey.⠀ ⠀ It's funny how the things that are the best for you - exercise, journalling, meditation, self-care - are usually the first things to go when some outside force high kicks it's way into your life. ⠀ ⠀ I find when I've lost my flow, that using journalling prompts can really help me get back in the swing. ⠀ ⠀ What is your favourite source for journalling prompts?
