My method of fic reading often relies heavily on spelunking through the bookmarks of fanfic authors who's stories I like and branching out accordingly.

And sometimes there's one or several stories that crop up often that...don't really appeal to me that much from summary or tags, so I just scroll past them. But then they keep popping up in multiple authors' bookmarks so I'll be like 'ok guess I'll see why so many ppl who's work I've enjoyed liked this so much'

And a lot of the time they're great! I've branched out, and that fic isn't usually my thing but this one’s really good, actually, and I'm glad I took the chance.

And sometimes I get into it and at some point through the reading am like '...yeah no I don't like this At All, why. Just...why?'

Then I have to try and remember the title so I don't do that to myself again

Just in case anyone cares/wants to know, the next week is just going to be my queue going. Going to Disney World and I’m leaving my laptop behind and Tumblr is always iffy on my phone. 

I’m very excited! I’ve been wanting to go to Disney World since I was 5 (so 25 years in the making) and I can’t believe it’s happening! So many failed attempts in the past with people dropping and now I get to go with my younger sister (who is probably the perfect travel companion for me)! See y’all next Wednesday!!

I know I’m kinda speaking to open air, but just in case anyone was wondering: I haven’t been posting much or anything on Tumblr lately because the site for some reason is EXTREMELY slow to load for me. It’s only this site. Not sure why. But once that stops I should be up-to-date again. (Though I’m sad with how much I’m probably missing due to it.)
