Tried on some new sports bras and leggings at target. I have to say I’m really proud of all the progress I have made. I still have a ways to go, but I know I can do it!

✔ New workout outfit ✔ Go-get-em attitude ✔ Kickass mentality

Going into this workout should have been awesome… but I also had:

✔Sore muscles ✔Killer headache ✔Flu shot woes

It wasn’t a perfect workout, it hurt–checkout my insta story for proof there. I didn’t hit every move, I took a lot of breaks, I laughed at myself.

That past part is probably the most important bit. No it wasn’t perfect, but I still had fun, I held this commitment to myself that I would work hard in this new year, and I showed up for me. Despite the woes and the imperfections.

Target Couture

Goodbye, Merona.  Goodbye, Mossimo (men’s only at this time – phew!).  It’s been…fun.  And inexpensive.  And safe.  And…it’s gotten, frankly, stale.

  Target likely has the right idea by dumping these two longtime stalwarts (although this will not occur until 2019).  I mean, unless we are talking Chanel or Ralph Lauren, there is little chance of a brand living over a century.  Discount retailers…
