I was very apprehensive in starting this drama with seeing 56 episodes next to it’s name, (try not to let it scare you) I’ll admit that the series could of been shortened down some, especially in the earlier episodes and later ones. Despite the large number I really really, really enjoyed this. Which I know is gonna sound ridiculous, I even think it’s sort of ridiculous since it’s one of those over the top, overdramatic, cliche soapy dramas, but some reason though, I couldn’t stop watching. I mean the storyline started getting ridiculously repetitive wompying on the female character like crazy with a nutty family and I was still glued to the series. It’s one of those favorites. 🤷♀️ Nonetheless this series isn’t for everybody, I would say if you love soapy shows with a really lovely main couple (Deng Lun was so smexy and lovely in this) and a really adorable child, I would give this a try. I’ll also guarantee you’ve never come across a character you’ll hate so much in a series before. Hats off to the sister, oof was she a ‘forking pitch’.
