Learning to live and grow in my spirit identity has put me through the wine press of challenges, in my heart and soul. It's ok. Sometimes you have to stomp on the grapes to have sweet wine of revelation and a message to come forth. Devastated by someone or painful circumstance? The process can hurt like arrows shot into our heart! I try always to remember that the process is also about relationship... will I trust God through the wine press of being in His Hands?
