I just recently learned that they re-released Digimon Masters Online on Steam a year ago. I guess the people from JOYMAX were so damn incompetent that they dropped Digimon Masters Online to a new team and THEN a year later that new team re-released the game.
(They promised PvP implementation just like the Korean version for like two fucking years and they did jack-shit)
Man, I used to play that thing a lot. Words cannot describe how much and for how long I played that thing. That's the only MMO game I've ever played in my life and I think that'll be pretty much it.
I did not spend a single dime on Premium items, which is my only solace. I know there's definitely people that do and hey, more power to them, but that's definitely not my thing and never will.
What made me quit was learning that a team entirely comprised of automated farmers won 2nd place at some grinding competition and JOYMAX had to DQ them because of the backlash.
