Hey! I just saw your post about the drafting thing in Israel, I'm really curious about the getting drafted thing? I know that everyone who is an Israeli has to be in the military and I guess what I'm wanting to ask is is it fun? My dad has wanted me to be in the military for ages, and I don't think I could do it, I want to be an actress, see, I'm also depressed af and don't like people telling me what to do, I was hoping that you could give me some prospective? So a part of it is scary, ngl. And it’s not the best place to have a mental illness. But we’ve got a mental health officer who’s a sort of psychologist, our captains and c/os are so kind when you talk to them one on one and really will do anything for us.

I am having fun! There are few girls here who are actively suffering but they’re also like…Negative Nellies, you know? Nothing’s ever good for them.

I’m only in basic training, and I know that when you start your actual job things are supposed to pick up. So if it’s really not bad at all now, I’m very excited to see what my future will look like.

Spy work is definitely not my area, certainly not now. That’s a more intensive basic training, which everyone agrees is the worst part of your service. Maybe look into intelligence, especially if you have depression? The intensity of field work might be too much, and certain jobs in intelligence are extremely important but much more lax, like ma'azinim, people who listen in on various enemies and people of interest and write down everything they say.

Finding and loving a long dead fandom is so weird especially when it was a small fandom in the first place. Hardly any fics and no one to talk to about it! Only good seasons being the first 2 and kinda the third... But like barely I'm not going to even bother with 4/5. It's tragic.
