Ruggie HCs
okay okay Ruggie is my 3rd favorite twst character after Riddle and Floyd (then Lilia and probably Epel but I don't have many headcanons for them.. yet) so yayayay headcanons for my favorite broke boy (just like me fr)
• He buys children's books to read to the kids in his village (or makes up his own stories when he can't afford them) and helps the kids learn to read/write
• Ruggie wasn't able to read or write very well before he came to NRC, when he got his invitation he studied his few books and practiced writing for weeks
• Bro is like. Kinda blind. He's near-sighted but he can just barely read the board in classes and usually looks at other students' work to know what he's meant to be doing (book 7 gave me this hc, someone give my boy glasses. Ivory Cliff Ruggie I love you)
• His favorite color is green but most of his wardrobe is yellow
• The only mf to get to the last drop of ink of a bic pen
• Ruggie takes stuff Leona throws out. Pens, books/magazines, old clothes, games, Ruggie takes them. Leona never gives them if he asks, so Ruggie always rummages through the trash for stuff (he's a pro at dumpster diving)
• Has been chased by the cops before
• Has monthly movie nights with Kalim, Yuu + Grim, and Jack (+ sometimes Jamil, forced, and Adeuce)

I might post a part 2 of my Floyd hcs because i have more??? Apparently??? Idk we'll see, we'll see. Might also start posting ship/relationship hcs. Perchance. (Half my ships involve Riddle man I think i'm just. A tad. Obsessed)
