Get yourself a nice, sweet, juicy watermelon! Cut into small pieces, put about 1 to 2 cups worth in zip lock bags, and then freeze! Grad a blender! 1 cup of coconut water 1 baggie of watermelon 1 scoop of vanilla Complete BLEND! To anyone who loves their protein shakes. Do you know what is in yours? Do you have research to back yours? Can you honestly say yours is healthy for you? I love my complete shake!! It is a meal replacement for me. My son who workouts all the time and is an athlete and someone who has tried many protein shakes says that it is very tasty. It is also versatile.
