Something about the batfam boys beating each other up all the time
Jason having so much rage built up he just can't help himself sometimes. Not just from everything that happened to him in Ethiopia but also the Pit just giving him so. so much anger. So even playfighting sometimes turns into a battle for your life if you aren't careful.
Dick doesn't normally get angry but when he does he will hurt you. He apologizes profusely after of course but during the moment he doesn't really know when to stop. Although he will admit, the bruises and scars he's put on his brothers are kind of attractive.
Tim surprisingly is very calm, so doesn't often hurt anyone. But he has lots of knowledge on exactly where and what hurts, and will use this knowledge against you. He's stalked his brothers around the city and jumped them before just to see if they'd notice. He's got a lot of surprised faces in his memory.
Damian is similar to Jason in that he carries a lot of anger, but he's more precise with it, unlike Jason's blind rage. Jason will punch the shit out of you, but Damian will cut you into pieces. He prefers knives and swords rather than fists or guns. There's been many times he's scarred his brothers permanently, and even his father, with his knives, because he always keeps at least 5 on him at a time, and this family cannot stop fighting each other.
Bruce is so very guilty after hurting someone, of course. He's guilty about everything that's the appeal. But since his sons are supers, his discipline language is often beating them up. He patches up his sons after they get a throrough beating though because he still cares for them. Sometimes they refuse, however, retreating from the fight like a wounded animal. They patch themselves up because they don't want to give him the satisfaction of caring for them. Jason does it alone in his safehouses, he's learned many years ago how to stitch cuts and bandage broken limbs from Alfred, they all have, actually. Dick returns to the batcave to patch himself up, maybe sometimes he even hitches a ride in the batmobile but doesn't say a word the entire time. When they arrive at the cave Bruce tries to help him out of the car and he slaps his hand away, silently trudging to the medical supplies and doing his own repairs, glaring at Bruce all the while. Damian complains a lot when he refuses Bruce's help. "If you didn't swing your damn batarang at me i wouldn't have to patch myself up all alone" he says. "I offered to help y-" "I don't need your help."
