6-20-14 "*NOTE* A very... long post. For my family."

*NOTE* A very... long post. For my family. There are so many things I wish I could just sit down and write about or say... But time for me in these last few weeks have been flying by my head so fast and I've been so busy going through this transition period from student to full time worker and moving to my new place and this and that... it's crazy to think how far I've come. And it's crazier to think how far my family has supported me through the years to get to this point. Right now there are so many things I am just so thankful for that the Lord has blessed me with, and even after getting this far and accomplishing such a big goal and getting through undergrad, it's opened me up to seeing such a plethora of growth and opportunities waiting to be explored.  ...All of these newly found duties and responsibilities I must carry out, along with the person I've become today, who's character and reputation I wish to uphold to the utmost is of course... stressful. Yet, I seem to find joy and happiness within all of this and it's given me a new energy to not only maintain my standing, but really push forward and become even better than I ever was before (And of course, I hope that I may be able to retain this energy throughout life and not just temporarily like it's all a hype. Haha!). To my Father, Crescencio Ancheta Jr., as always, I want to thank you for everything that you have done for me and my older brother. I feel that no matter how I say thanks or how many times I do it, it will never be enough to encompass the gratitude I have for you raising this family (and HAPPY LATE FATHER's DAY! Haha.). My mother, Maria Paz Ancheta, who has taught me that love is always the best teacher, I thank you for raising me in becoming a confident individual in the person I am today. To my brother C.j. Ancheta, thank you for being the best big brother that I could ever have. You and I will always continue to maintain the strong bond we have and I'm sure when you get back from Afghanistan, we will get to celebrate and share plenty of moments to come. And to my Latayvia Jackson, you came into my life at a time where things really began to change for me in every way. And in these last 5 years, you have witnessed many of those experiences with me, by my side, and have stuck through all of them. I am extremely thankful for that, and I pray the commitment that we have made towards each other will continue to strengthen and shine in God's glory.  I have a long road ahead of us. We all do. But right now I hope I get to cherish every single moment that clocks forward because I know that pretty soon, things may very well be just a memory from which I will share with the family down the line. I will become a man who as my father and grandfather before me, will share his life experiences, the pleasures and pains, and the lessons from which I will soon learn. I will not let my life rot, rather, I will continue on meaning to become an example for others to live life with a purpose (and a proper one). And for all those who may be in my position, I congratulate you for getting this far, and I wish you all the best for your futures. It's 3:56 AM. Thank you, and in a bit, have a nice dawn. .
