A small triangle rests in a void of cyan hues, as if waiting. Soon, it pulses and glows brighter and brighter…until…
A shape is formed…but they look odd, yet also familiar in more ways than one.
However, it seems like there’s no time to rest, as this shape was created within a beatmap! The green pentagon makes a quick dash away from some smaller beams before nearly bumping into a circle.
Once said circle regains their footing, they appear to be confused by a shape’s presence. That is until they figure out that the pentagon IS an enemy shape, and immediately punches them, much to the dismay of a figure off screen.
Before Edd has a chance to investigate, another heart shape snatches him away from the rock. This heart shape was of corruption, named Latch.
After getting Edd and Brush back together, Latch scolds them for goting so far away from the tree of life, warning them that not all being of corruption are good. Latch shoos the duo back towards Koeks.
After being knocked to the back of the beat map, two beams trap the odd pentagon. However, two beams of purification attempt to uncorrupt the prison. They fail and slowly get corrupted themselves. Three blasters, ready to shatter the odd pentagon, take aim and…
It was all a dream…
Although the stone appears to have only a slightly dent, it was all a beast needed in order to be free. It pounds against the cracks, making the light shine brighter…until…
Core is free, and the corruption spreads uncontrollably.
END OF ACT O
While Brush was enjoying the story, edd could care less. It was a story he had heard countless times since he first found himself trapped in this universe. He makes a quick dash away.
As he flies, however, he manages to smack right into a strange stone, leaving a pretty large crack. It begins to glow slightly, radiating a pink color.
A treeangle shard floats in the air right in front of the pentagon, but they don’t panic. The shard was named “Brush” and like most shards, it had yet to earn a song of its own. Brush appears confused as to the odd Pentagon’s sudden out burst of fright.
“What you do Edd?” It squeaked.
The pentagon, apparently named Edd, said nothing and looked ahead.
Up ahead, a flock of birds were gathered around an old tree stump, listening to a heart shape, Pink Koeks, tell the story of heros and a villain, telling of how the four sacred shapes used the power of the treeangle to defeat the pink corruption.
