The dad told police he accidentally left the one year old brother and sister strapped in their car seats while he worked an 8 am to 4 pm shift at the VA hospital near #Kingsbridge Terrace. The tinted windows were rolled up tight on a hot day. He said he started driving home and then noticed the #twins were still in their seats, foaming at the mouth. A 911 call was too late.
