Fan Expo/Silver Snail Midnight Sale Haul (part 3)

Didn't buy much at Fan Expo because the Silver Snail (my LCS) was having a crazy sale on Saturday. Everything but the Lemongrab button and the bizarro book was from the Silver Snail and overall, everything was at a pretty good discount! 

Quick Reviews Tiger & Bunny Comic Anthology: WOW THIS WAS CUTE. So many different artists did all this adorable slice of life strips. It was like pixiv in book form! Strange Vs Lovecraft: This bizarro anthology is pretty great, if you're into the hyperweirdness of bizarro fiction. There's fish-mouthed prostitutes and shit and vomit and orgies all over this book. What I didn't enjoy was how many goddamn typos there were. Hire a better copy editor (and ease up on the rape stuff/have better female representation) guys. Hawkeye Volume 2: This was great bro, you should read it bro. World's Finest: You can never go wrong with Superbats.  Lemongrab pin: Acceptable. Finn travel mug: It was only $10! Tempted to use this at the Black Canary, the Silver Snail's cafe, from now on.

HELP I BOUGHT TOO MANY PRINTS

The first one was from Marcus To and gosh, he was really nice! I have a big fear of meeting my heroes (see: Troy from Community) and I was pretty sure I was going to say something stupid (I did), but I only teared up after I left. Yay...?

The Mako Mori print by jubopy is gorgeous btw! It was only $10 and printed on quality poster.

I can't find sources for the Loki/Lemongrab posters but the artist was really sweet and even wrote a personal message the back of the Lemongrab one for my sister. If you recognize the art, let me know so I can credit!

Before this weekend, I've been having a shitty time. My anxiety disorder's pretty terrible atm. All my jobs have me rethinking my degree and my career path. And I miss having self-care time a lot. It was nice to forget the daytime crap and just do whatever with fun folks.
