I’m extremely proud to confirm my headcanon lmao. I didn’t expect to find the answer in Ellis route ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
+ Is anyone accepting writing commissions? I really need someone who can write Jude in a credible/in-character way, sob. Drop your comm info or drop a link if you have any recommendations! ★彡
I want to share some of my birthday wishes from ikevil😋

On my first 10 pull I only got 3 stars, then on my second pull they both came to me, I'm so happy 🥹 I only had 20 tickets too 😭
I really wanted the Jude card, and thought it'd be worth to pull even if I got the Liam card since his birthday is coming up, but I managed to get both! Now I have Jude AND I'm ready for Liam's birthday 😤😤
Hi I'm new to ikevil but have followed you for a while now. Love you and your content <3. I wanted to know why people think Alfon's drawings are ass while they're just cute, funny little doodles/sketches
Hello, hun! Thank you for being here with me! I think Al’s art is cute, in its own way! The great thing about Al’s art is that its existence in the game does a lot of things for the side plots.
First, it’s a recurring joke in IkeVil that Alfons’ art is nothing to write home about, in comparison to the Really Big Deal that Elbert makes over each piece.
The reader is meant to laugh at the comedic gap between a run-of-the-mill sketch and the fact that The Jude Jazza is on Elbie’s ass for debt accrued in securing expensive frames for said doodle.
Alfons’ art is also used as a baseline. While Al’s sketches are rudimentary, they’re at least discernible, unlike poor Kate (Elbie thought she drew a “bloody foot,” when it was supposed to be an apple 😭)!
Both of these dynamics open the floor for Elbert (who otherwise neither talks nor emotes much) to have some interaction with his two people, and also with Jude.
Elbert will almost always become stubborn and territorial over both Alfons’ and Kate’s art pieces, silently daring either one to take it out of his hands.
That’s his art now, and it’s beautiful because they made it, so 🗣️ back off!
*cue Elbie scrounging for his last tuppence to purchase yet another solid gold frame*
This leads neatly into Alfons immediately backing down, usually with a comment about how he knows how Elbert can get, or some other glimpse into their tight bond.
Then there’s the interactions with Jude, who we don’t often see paired with Elbie.
Where Debt Collection Mode Jude would normally have his foot halfway up someone’s backside by now, we see him approach Elbert in a softer manner, even in the midst of giving ultimatums.
Alfons’ mediocre art, and Elbert’s die-hard insistence that it’s precious to him, reveals to the reader yet another example of Jude being a softie for his people, (which he would probably rather jump into the Thames, before admitting that he has any people at all).
