Throughout the holidays, the house became even more full as Jay and Judy would visit with their family as well. Aunts, uncles, cousins, and of course Grandma Ruth all gathered together, enjoying their time off from work and school. The adults would chat and laugh for hours on end while the children would play games and watch cartoons on the television.

A very popular hangout spot for Dan and his friends was his Aunt Judy's diner. However, one day while they were sitting at the bar, he was astonished to recognize one of the waitresses- it was a face he had not seen in years and yet he knew it in an instant. This was Carol, the former girl-next-door.

Jim and Judy both became very popular at their new school. They are both very charismatic and love to joke and make mischief, and spend much of their free time wandering around Brindleton with their friends.

Meanwhile, Judy was having much more luck with relationships than her brother. She and their friend Jay started spending a lot of time together. They would go out for long walks after school, and often would stay out well until after the sun had gone down.

A few weeks later, Deborah and Jakob had packed their bags and were ready to make their way out to Del Sol Valley. While Ruth and the twins were sad to see them go, they were also exceptionally proud and excited for their future.

Jim and Judy are now young adults, and we have officially entered the 1950s! Jim now has the Goofball trait and Judy has the Foodie trait.

Meanwhile, Jay and Judy's little family had grown very quickly. They had a pair of beautiful twin girls named Iris and Ida. Ruth was so excited to have little babies around the house again and loved to play with her grandchildren.
