not to be corny on main but it’s cancer season and ya girl’s in her element so; the battlestar galactica fandom has been legit, the most welcoming and encouraging in all my fandom life. i’ve been on this dumb, blue site for a full on decade and have never experienced a kinder fanbase. you guys are something else :’)

passionfruit: how would you describe your style?The style I would have if I had infinite money and a tailor, or my actual style? My actual style is dark jeans, flannels that are made of actual flannel, warm sweaters [usually cardigans], and hoodies. @waluigisdiscopalace regularly teases me that I dress like a lesbian. Like, when you see me, it is not in any way a surprise that I’m typically carrying a travel mug of loose-leaf tea.

The style I would ideally like to have is pretty classic preppy and sleek. I love the idea of button downs, but I have a long torso and unusually wide shoulders, which means shirts usually fit me in one of the shoulders, boobs, and waist. I’m at the point where it’s genuinely easier for me to find button downs in the mens section than it is in any brand of women’s clothing. Someday I long to find a shirt I can actually tuck in for that elusive button-down and sweater combo.

tangelo: if you could be any mythical creature, which would you be?Some type of naiad, probably. Or a selkie, though stories involving those don’t usually end up well for the selkies themselves. [also. every single one of you needs to go watch song of the sea right now immediately. it’s an animated movie but I fucking cried]

cranberry: favourite time of the day - morning, afternoon, or night?You know that period right after the sun has technically set but it’s not dark out yet, and everything is just kinda soft around the edges? That’s my favourite time.
