Todays foodo gyan: Absence of required vessels shouldn't stop one from replicating a dish..🙏😋😁 Second time successfully prepared French food ala Mushroom Quiche 🍄🍄. This time around my inspiration was @thecookingfooodie @_the_cooking_foodie . Well technically the inspiration was to prepare the base... But in absence of the fancy tray used to prepare quiche this recipe was going to be tricky 🤔🤔. It's here being Jugaadu comes handy 😁😁. Decided to make this rather uber version of pizza - using a microwave tray 😝😝. So the dough instead of getting rolled out using a rolling pin was thumbed into the tray directly. Then as the recipe demanded I baked the dough @180 degree Celsius. Eureka!!! My base actually came out to be crispy and yet firm. From thereon the filling is anything one like. I had two packets of near to expiry mushrooms and half a litre of @amulcream.
