Call me crazy, but today is the first day of my juicing challenge. I've been inspired to take this on and see how my body reacts and changes in the next few days.
What is juicing?
In simple terms, it's extracting the juice from fruits and vegetables. It's easy, all you need is a juicer, fresh fruits, veggies and motivation !
Why am I going to start juicing?
Not only are there many health benefits to juicing but it gives you more energy throughout the day....which is what I need! I'm always tired for no reason and constantly want to sleep.

Another reason I'm doing this is because I've recently discovered that I have IBS and have been told by the doctors to watch my diet. I started reading articles and I came across a lady who had IBS but after a week of juicing all her symptoms disappeared! I sure don't need anymore convincing.
