These Sriracha Bacon Lobster Rolls are a great way to enjoy the tastes of summer. These rolls are a great dish for a summer cookout because they have crispy bacon, juicy lobster, and a spicy Sriracha kick.
Ingredients: 4 lobster tails, cooked and chopped. 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 New England-style hot dog buns, split and buttered. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster tails and crumbled bacon. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fold the mayo-Sriracha mixture into the lobster and bacon until well combined. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the buttered hot dog buns until lightly toasted.
