Seagan lobster roll. So fresh and delicious. Here’s how to make it quick. Makes 2 rolls. For raw lobster tails (2), fire up the oven broiler. With culinary scissors, cut top side of lobster shells lengthwise. Pull out the meat and rest it on the shell. Season with paprika and Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning. Broil lobster tails until lightly browned and lobster meat is opaque, about 5 to 8 minutes depending on thickness. Once cooled, or if using precooked lobster tail, roughly chop the meat and add it to a bowl. Add 2 tbsps vegan mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp lemon zest, juice from one lemon, 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning. Season to taste with Tony Chachere’s. Place lobster mixture on your favorite bun and broil 1-2 minutes in the oven, just to heat the bun. Garnish with lemon wedge. Serve with fries, chips or your favorite potato salad. The Knack Cape Code, Orleans MA.

I love dinner and sunsets at the beach. To me that is a perfect way to end a hot summer day 🌅 And what is the best thing to eat on the beach? A Lobster Roll 🦞

The Cape is known for it’s beautiful beaches, historical seaside towns, summer baseball and of course amazing seafood! With so many amazing places in the cape it is hard to pick the perfect place to go to for lobster rolls and other seafood. Honestly, it’s Massachusetts, you probably can’t go wrong anywhere you go! But, if you are near Orleans stop at The Knack 😉

The lobster roll was delicious. The bun was toasted perfectly to give it a great crunch. The lobster meat was nice and fresh. I did think they had a little too much mayo on the roll, but you could still taste the meat. Also, if you are a fan of onion rings make sure you get a side of them. They are thin onion rings and taste delicious!

Based on presentation and taste of The Knack lobster roll I would rate this roll a 8 out of 10.

𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🦞 Lobster rolls are just a thing of beauty, aren’t they? Whenever I eat one I always think it’s such a treat. You can get @burgerandlobster lobster roll DIY kits from @primefeast. They come on their own or you can get them in their City Summer Feast box. Even though the main ingredient is lobster, this 80% relies on the buttery brioche roll. If you use anything different for a lobster roll then you just don’t get the same result. It’s super easy to make, too. The lobster is already cooked, just mix it in their lobster sauce, melt the butter and brush the side of the buns, toast them, and then make the dressing.
