With these tasty wild boar sliders, you can taste the bold flavors of the Pacific Rim. Putting together juicy wild boar meat, sweet pineapple, and tangy sriracha mayo will make your mouth water and your taste buds happy.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground wild boar meat. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced pineapple. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. 8 small slider buns. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves for garnish. Sliced red onion for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground wild boar meat, breadcrumbs, diced pineapple, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, and teriyaki sauce. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, and then form it into 8 small slider-sized patties. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While the patties are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise and sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Toast the slider buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster. Spread the sriracha mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked wild boar patty on each bun, and top with lettuce leaves, sliced red onion, and the top half of the bun. Serve the Wild Boar Pacific Rim Sliders with your favorite sides and enjoy!
