[You type in the password to the lock screen of the laptop, using the hints that sounded very familiar... hopefully what is in this laptop might give some idea as to how the owner knows about these personal things]

[A pause, a breather. You hope this works and click enter]
[A circle of dots, it's loading.... Success!]
[There is a start up sound and the windows desktop appears, sticky notes start to fill the screen when it suddenly goes black]
[Maybe it didn't work?]
[Then the screen fills with green text, lots of numbers and code fill it up, before the letters and numbers all mix together and appear as a racoon-like face]
{just imagine there's like some ascii art of a raccoon here lol}
[then this face slowly becomes real, a squished stripy face against the screen, the laptop heats up and sparks start to fly as this creature now has the opportunity to escape and is trying it's hardest to!]
[You drop the laptop onto the floor as it becomes too hot to hold and light flashes as the creature bursts out! Splaying onto your floor.]
[The laptop screen turns blue]
An unexpected error has occurred - Please contact tech support.
[there goes the idea of figuring out how the hell they knew about your life... unless you could get it fixed... a later problem]
[More importantly the creature is there, it's real. And it's a raccoon!- Wait... it's a lot longer than a normal raccoon... and a lot skinnier...]
[As it gets up off the floor, you can see the characteristic mask shape and markings on it's face that makes you think you were mistaken, but then you realise, this isn't a raccoon- it's a ferret!]
[It gets up on it's hind legs and scans the room]
[Mission successful - Friend Retrieved!]
(Franklin let’s out a breath he didn’t know he was holding when the laptop opens, but his relief is short lived as the screen goes dark.)
(Then binary fills the darkness and Franklin thinks to himself Christ, it’s like a fucking movie.)
(Franklin drops the device to the floor and takes a few steps back, hoping against hope that the carpet wouldn’t catch fire. He braces himself in front of the screen, readying himself to catch a flying raccoon if needs be.)
(Then the creature tumbles out with a bang, and Franklin kneels in front of it. He watches it stand curiously, unsure what to do, and then he realises. What stands before him is not a raccoon.)
…Fucking shit- Uh, hello?
