Yes, I split her in half. Yes, it’s just what it sounds like. No, this is not her sister, or anything like that, the other Akeldama is literally just a manifestation of herself. Or rather, a manifestation of the worst parts of her.

Being a classically trained pianist and vocalist has its pros, but some of the cons people never talk about is how it’s very hard for us to listen to music (especially in our specialized instruments) without entering ‘critique mode.’

I had an older man come up to me the other day and tell me that I sounded beautiful, and that he could understand what I sang even with his hearing trouble. he told me something along the lines of “I can just sit back and close my eyes, and understand everything you sing” and while I was and AM very touched by that comment, it also got me thinking…….. when was the last time I listened to people sing or play the piano without hyper analyzing them and critiquing their methods and mistakes?

I probably got this trait from my teacher, he’s very critical 😭🥹🫠

Ok quick Slipknot rant—- first of all let me just give all my thanks to Slipknot because for the last couple months I’ve been listening to them, they’ve been great for me. Amazing music, some of their songs helped me out while I was having it rough, most notably ‘pulse of the maggots,’ and not to mention their fandom on here is so chill. Love them. Everybody’s just a little crazy but also really accepting and nice ❤️🖤❤️🖤 You may find me in the wild there and if you do just act as if you don’t know me 😭😭

And can I just be honest with you guys? I can’t even begin to tell you how obsessed I am with this song, I am a firm believer that you will NEVER hear a song like this again, it is ONE OF A KIND. RAAAAAH IVE BEEN OBSESSED WITH THE IDEA OF YANDERE MARX OR JULIUS FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS AND NOT ONLY HAVE I DRAWN THIS BUT IM ALSO SLOWLY WRITING A FIC ABOUT IT, WHICH IS ALSO INSPIRED BY SLIPKNOT AND A FEW OF THEIR SONGS, they make such good material and I’m a sucker for serial killers in love, dont judge me, it could be way worse, the philosophy behind it is just something ive been obsessed with and yeah, Julimarx is now victim to my antics…

one things for sure, art wise, this was very interesting to make, I don’t usually draw expressions aside from neutral faces or smiles, so when I had to work with wider, more terrified/crazed expressions, it was totally experimental, and I think I actually did really good! I’m happy with it! I should draw more Yandere Marx inspired by the rest of the song…… GO LISTEN TO IT AND UNDERSTAND WHY IM SO OBSESSED, ITS SO DARK AND MESSY AND SEXY PLEASE IT IS AMAZING ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹🥹🥹🥹

And at the moment those are all I can think of for canon characters!

Even though I don’t recall Zora and Dorothy ever really interacting, I really loved their dynamic of “bubbly/pastel girlfriend x emo boyfriend” and not to mention, I did actually write them a bit in my main story, KJAHUA, where I first discovered they had chemistry🌝🙈

I don’t think I need to explain Marx and Julius, their chemistry and dynamic speaks for itself and my commitment to then ALSO speaks for itself since I wrote well over 250k+ plus words on them 😭😭😭

so FUN FACT! About Yami and Marx, I never realized I shipped them until writing the near end of my JuliMarx fic— I wrote a whole chapter where they were drinking together and I never realized how much chemistry they had before then until as I was writing, so basically the whole chapter was of me panicking and trying not to make them kiss 😭😭😭😔😔

Overall, I like and respect a lot of the ships, but these ships I listed here are ones most note worthy to me because they’re the ones I ended up falling in love with. Thanks for the ask!💗💗💗💗💗
