Horatio loves Calliegh southern accent. He tells her that occasionally. He doesn’t know why he just loves it .
He always wanted to go to New Orleans. He just knows they’ll be a lot of fun over there.
Horatio never even wanted to be Lt.. if he could have it his way he’d be soley a detective with Comander Pay.
He doesn’t do it as much as back in NY but he does go out dancing. He loves social dancing at salsa clubs and at clubs with Latin nights.
Kyle one day asked Horatio how to dance because he asked out wanted to go dancing. He was honored but also very amused cuz he was struggling, certainly didn’t get his rhythm from his father and took after more of his mom. And he tried so hard not to laugh.
Horatio is kind of dorky, at least eh thinks so. He gives some of his close friends stupid nicknames. Like Mac Taylor in his phone is labeled as 'Mac n Cheese' , or Stella Bonasera is 'Stella Fabioni' he even calls them the in person lol
Horatio love being on the patio on his apartment balcony just lying in the sun, and never been sunburn once. Its his favorite way to relax
He can play basketball but hast since he left New York except that one Time to honor Jesse Cordoza.

Like, the way I WOULD HAVE handled the season:
Marisol survives and she is placed in hiding, witness protection, but send her to Germany , she cuts her hair and she stays there when the cartel is still gunning for him. but she calls every coupe of weeks to check up on him and vice versa.
Julia is apart of Horatio past and a very brief happy time and a very sag/tragic time as well. she was THE ONE , to him at that time , he wanted to marry her after that short amount of time.
sine she blew into his life suddenly and left just fast and he's suppressed her memory in his life and tries his better not to look to the past.
So the Julia shows up he's forced to confront more of it and he does, but he's shocked and she's happy to see him despite being engaged herself.
according to Elizabeth : Horatio holds a deep intimate part of herself she hasn't given to anyone else ever, even her Fiancé
Marisol shows back up and gets upset with Horatio for to telling her about Julia and the entire of their previous relationship
Horatio is confronted with is own feeling she hasn't let go of her and searching his feelings and seeing if he genuinely wants to be with Marisol or Julia but ultimately Marisol <333
