I think tonight was a good lesson for turning the TV off. I feel much calmer than usual at the moment, and got some real activities in instead of staring at the screen...

Almost every Saturday I start out rather motivated and ambitious. Then in the middle of the afternoon something in me goes "nah"...
On another food note I also have been enjoying the products from a local dairy sold where I live. However, their cream definitely isn't heavy cream, and not doing the same thing for my coffee 🥲
All and all, not a bad day. Stopped for my weekly veggie pick-up after work and gave one of the rabbits a much needed brushing.
My thesis is driving me crazy though. I have regrets over that grad program, but I hope I can finish within the year and move on 🙏
Why do I honestly feel worse sometimes after hanging out or trying to connect with people from work/school? I think I need to just accept being alone or focus my social efforts elsewhere...
Haven't felt like I can relax very well or enjoy much ever since my thesis project started this summer, please send help 🙏😭
