Today I want to add photos I found on Pinterest because why not

Marecal: morning run at the park + bio fruit smoothie at their fav place and then a little walk at the pond to feed the ducks or something cheesy like that because even if they're fucking psycho (who likes to wake up early to run?) they're a little romantic too

Thomaven: visit at the local aquarium + the biggest cup of ice cream they can share as a snack

Evane: a whole day away from their parents, maybe a double date with Ptolemus and Wren in a fancy place by the sea (or lake)

Fade: dinner at the local diner + night at the arcade + underground concert

Juliara: morning at the thrift market searching for old books, pic-nic in the park and afternoon spent reading poetry and sharing interesting history facts

Why do love Sara so much but not Julian

Sara actually spoke up against Elara, Julian ducked his head. Sara had to live with the punishment along with I suppose subtle but constant threats from Elara while Julian had manpain about that. Disability among Silvers is uncommon, which means she had to deal with hateful ableism as well. Sara manages to interact with the Scarlet Guard and is trusted by them, Julian supposedly isn’t. Maybe that depends on the POV and his ability, but if his research will be helpful, and if he’d give up his privileges, still has to be seen. It’s like he researches more for his own curiousity. Sara is empathetic, Julian isn’t.

The point is that the narration overestimates Julian while Sara is right there but she’s mostly used only for manpain or plot points like when healing is needed. All I want is Sara to have the same kind of recognition as Julian (at least), or even better, let her speak for herself and show her character instead of Julian representing the “good” Silver all by himself.

I mean, I like nerds. But giving the disabled character a “voice” is more progressive. Aveyard should’ve found a way to let Sara speak sign language.

Food for thought: Imagine Sara happily telling Julian how good it felt to help at Clara’s birth.

Rq main couples but in Quarantine 😂

Mare and Cal are the fitness couple. They even have a Joja-type instagram account and do a live home workout everyday.

Thomas and Maven are the relaxed couple. They do a lot of hot baths, facemasks and give each other hot massages.

Evangeline and Elane are the sex-all-the-time couple. They spend practically most of their time in bed and when they don't they make video calls with Ptolemus and Wren or Mare and Cal.

Cameron and Kilorn are the couple who's slowly going crazy. They are used to not spending much time together but now that they are forced to be divided they suffer about it.

Julian and Sara are the intellectual couple. In addition to reading a lot, they spend their nights watching documentaries, TV series and films.

Do you think Sara and Julian had a kid? Cause to me it seems like they went through way too much shit to not get the happiness they deserve.

Just one, a year younger than Coriane, and I like to think they called her America or any other historical related name since Julian is so passionate about the topic.
