oh shit, i knew this day would come, where i, a “cinephile”, would have to choose my favorites within a category that is almost nothing but favorites.

1. Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Because Star Wars. New favorite in the series. I love it.

2. The Martian

If you haven’t seen it, you’re doing it wrong. Matt Damon the Space Pirate

3. Mad Max: Fury Road

It definitely lived up to the hype and then some.

4. Sicario

This one had me on the edge of my seat the whole fucking time.

5. Straight Outta Compton

Fuck the police.

Honorable mention: Ant-Man, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Jurassic World, and The Scorch Trials. Yes, my honorable mention list is almost as long as the normal list. Wanna fight me?

36: Talk about your guilty pleasures.

Man, I dunno. First thing that comes to mind is certain musicians/bands. Like Creed, they’re pretty not great, but there’s so much nostalgia that rolls with them, I can’t help but rock out when I hear them, even if it’s embarrassing as hell. 

I’m sure there’s other stuff, but I’m drawing a blank :(

And at this point in the game, WoW is bordering on a guilty pleasure.

have you ever done a modern!au with tali? if so where would she work, what she study in school and do you think she'd send hilarious snapchats/vines?

Modern!AU Talianne would work the night shift at Jack-In-The-Box, having to deal with all of the stoners that come around just for the munchie menu. She would miss out on a lot of sleep because of this, or have a really skewed sleep schedule, as she doesn’t go to school for anything. As far as Snapchat goes, she’d spend a lot of time just snapping about how boring her job is or she’ll sneak photos of the people that come through the drive-thru.

I’ve also thought about the possibility of her being a junkie in the Modern!AU, to balance out her canon Fel addiction.

How does Tal feel about other warlocks? Does she get along with them or does she like to keep her practices to herself?

Talianne isn’t secretive at all about being a warlock! In fact, if she senses fel energy about anybody else, she’ll incessantly bug them until they tell her the truth about their own experiences with the stuff. Other warlocks usually don’t bug her unless they’re doing something wrong or something she personally doesn’t agree with, but, since most of the ones she’s met have been some sort of high nobility, she tends to keep her distance.
