The best trope in Jinutrix (Jinu x Polytrix) is Mira clearly loving Jinu with her actions but she still pretends to hate jinu.
Mira used a sex change potion on jinu during the movie but it turns out jinu was a just an uncracked egg so she really likes it. Jinu experiencing a period for the first time. (post canon)

Both have daddy issues and feel neglected by their parents in Jude’s case he feels neglected by both of his parents.
Due to certain circumstances both end up getting swept up into a crazy unexpected adventure and ultimately end up becoming fugitives on the run.
In battle, among the party members of their respective games they’re considered the best medic/healer.
They share a close age at least, within the first entry of their game series. Hope (14 years old) and Jude (15 years old).
Both end up pursing or assuming a scientific/researcher type of career.
They’re both highly intelligent and insightful young individuals.
They’re both only children and don’t have any other siblings.
Lightning Farron & Milla Maxwell
Both are goal-oriented driven women.
Both are badass action girls.
In the beginning of their games, they come across as rather cold but they eventually become more caring and considerate towards their other party members.
They share a close/similar age Lightning (21 years old) and Milla (20 years old in Tox and then 21 in Tox 2).
They each either have a sister or sister-like figure within their life.
Both experience role ascension/s Milla becomes the Lord of Spirits and Lightning becomes the knight of the goddess Etro and eventually the savior for Bhunivelze.
Their Relationship
Prior to the start of the story both kinda sort of met. Jude and Milla actually interacted. While Lightning only witnessed Hope with his mother shopping at the mall. I found this fact very interesting I guess these two pairings fates were already strangely intertwined and that they were meant to be together.
Hope and Jude greatly admired and respected Lightning and Milla respectively, woman who were both older than them, and through the bond that they forged with them they grew and developed as characters. The bond was mutual as both Milla and Lightning benefited from it as well.
Both vowed that they would protect each other.
Their first meeting in game was less than ideal. Hope was scared for his life after badmouthing Serah right in front of her sister Lightning not to mention the whole purge ordeal. While Jude was nearly suffocated due to being a little to loud for Milla’s taste. But oh how far they’ve come since their first meetings. X3
Both as you can imagine, where devastated when they thought Milla and Lightning respectively were dead.
They’re partners and have each others back.
Lightning and Milla presented Hope and Jude respectively with a keepsake. Lightning temporarily gave Hope her survival knife as a form of protection to keep him safe. Milla gave Jude her glass bead which she made a necklace out of as a token of her appreciation for all that he had done for her at that point.
Towards the end of their games they share a sweet intimate moment while gazing towards the distance.
