What a glorious day to be able to sleep in π My Fitbit posted my readiness was the highest it has been on over THREE weeks. Hopefully I'm through that horrible flare now.
I wanted some weights today since I only had miles yesterday (and tomorrow is a rest day) So, I added a portion of this
And I also added this π
Who knew a trampoline would be so much fun π€·ββοΈ I'm surprised by how many calories it actually burns for being low impact.
I'll take it π
