Who actually leaps out of bed?
After 30 minutes or so of watching dumb IG stories, I dropped and gave 25 press ups.I have a cousin that trains well, and he gave me a challenge I didn’t feel I could meet - so by Xmas, I want to be able to match him for 100 press ups.
After press ups, come the ab work outs. I usually avoid these, as ab training reminds me of how weak my core muscles are, but it seems like all those months of lifting have made my abs stronger. I bang out 5 minutes of abs work outs.
I will do yoga after my workout at the gym, and then do my pump just before bed. All in all, it takes up an hour of my day, but it does so much for my mood and confidence.
