I'm practicing drawing and editing (instead of paying attention to my already existing wips)

Here are the first two things I drew after years of not picking up a pen, with the references. I would love to hear constructive criticism!

So originally, this was suppose to be a traditional piece but decided to do it digitally instead. I dunno how long we’ll see the Daughters of Aku or the cult that worships Aku; but I did enjoy the designs.

I may make prints of this; I’m not sure. I’m actually happy with how the Daughter came out and am a little sad her horns aren’t shown. But I do like her face and the mask!

I might fix the flower petals a bit more but still proud of this.

“Memories”

This is the first chapter cover for my manga, Black Wing Angel. this character is extremely near and dear to my heart as this is my oldest character at a close 13 years old and I’m so happy to give her the attention she deserves

Finished~ My Princess Serenity picture is done~

Including sketching and lining, this took me a total of Three days. The painting itself I did from...about 10? 11 in the morning Friday til about 6~8 that night.

i loved the color palette of Princess Serenity in the lake so I used something similar. And because Queen Serenity was, essentially, a space fairy; I gave Princess Serenity an elf ear, rather than give her a normal human ear.

Originally, Serenity was suppose to have tears but I opted not to do that and like the implication that she’s about to cry.

Also, i’ve never drawn flowers before. I drew Flowers ONCE and now i’m going crazy xD

I’m a bit sad that the scan can’t pick up how glittery this picture is. I love how sparkly it is in the light.

Backstory:

So i offered my best friend of forever to draw something for him for his mixtape. He said he wanted an orange Coyote charrie in an anime style. Because i’m awful at Anthropromorphic animals in an anime style, I did the next best thing; Sonic-Style!

So this is Rasheed. I’m gonna send my friend this as a prototype and tighten up the imagery if he approves

And if not; hell, i’ll keep him xD

This is an attempt i made of drawing one of my favorite characters.

Josuke higashikata from jojo’s bizarre adventure part 4 Diamond is unbreakable. i’m currently trying to draw in a way i like on paper so i can eventually switch to digital and eventually  figure out how to draw on a drawing tablet. my friends far exceed me in that regard. it’s safe to say i’m not too familiar on shading and drawing wrinkles in clothes. really clothes in general but. for the most part i like this drawing. i’d say it’s probably the best thing I've ever done. i will catch up to the talent my friends have and i will make good comics with them!  -Jun
