In a doomed timeline somewhere, Juno went a step beyond bottling up his feelings and just decided to forsake sadness altogether. Alecto, meanwhile, was consumed by all his built up hatred and desire for power. 

Trickster!Juno still chases after Grimdark! Alecto with hearts in his pretty pink eyes while Alecto goes from timeline to timeline corrupting shit and, occasionally, giving Trickster!Juno the time of day.
