Not running tonight after yesterday. So it’s a wrap for June. Slight increase on mileage from May. Regularly getting out twice a week. Ankle not 100% it will be a slow process. But I think it is getting better, it hurts less when running & less after. To be honest I don’t see much change over the summer. I’ll just keep ticking along, getting out a couple of times a week. Not been out on the bike, but walking plenty. Really need to work harder on eating sensibly, just plateauing, no real losses, but not gaining. Julys goal is to push up to 10km, I ran 5 miles last week. I think 10km is in touching distance.
