Using the table to gain as much control in my landing as possible. Using a table rather than a wall is far more beneficial as you can press DOWN rather that AWAY. This helps open the shoulders and chest more. I have tight shoulders and not the bendiest spine either but nothing beats this stretch. I could do it all day long. The key is staying relaxed so steady mindful breaths. Count your breaths out loud so you know you're not holding your breath😉 . Vid is sped up x 2 and shopped up. .
