So this post is about shitty airplane food and poor customer service. The next one is the opposite. Ok so I booked a flight from Bangkok via Shanghai to Helsinki for Christmas hols to see my family and friends. I paid extra for special diet food on the booking. Didn’t think more into it, which apparently I should have. I got the shittiest food on those flights ever, barely nutrients, no protein source. I had people next to me feeling sorry for me and they tried the food too and said it was appalling. I couldn’t help but laugh at that point.. so I paid more for this piece of.. food, that one cannot call food. I even when arriving after the first flight without food at all went to the desk just to find some poor excuse of customer servicer without English skills telling me I should have called the company.. I was tired and hungry and mad at that point and thought I’ll just leave it as it was useless to try to make her and then another person to understand what I was asking for, food that I’ve paid for.. I don’t expect much from meals on flights, but I’ve had such amazing meals in some that these days it’s not an excuse that it is special diet.. so the company was @juneyao_air and I can not recommend them at all if you have any mean to actually eat in the flights. These were under the par and not edible in any way. So I went for 10h flight without proper food. So the bread had 3 slices of over cooked zucchini, no spices and bread was soggy and just not edible. Warm food was, canned mushrooms, potatoes and zucchini, overcooked and some tomato juice on the bottom, with some over steamed greens.. I literally wouldn’t serve this to people I hate..
