The next day, after finishing school. Jaehyun took Dayeon’s bike back to her place. When entering the restaurant to inform Dayeon about her bike. He bumped into an older looking woman and he asked “Is Dayeon home yet?”
“Dayeon-ah THERE’S A HANDSOME CUSTOMER LOOKING FOR YOU” The lady shouted.
Dayeon came out and saw who was looking for her. “Mom?? Where is the handsome customer?” She turned to Jaehyun and said “Damn it! You scared the handsome customer away!” She shouted jokingly.
Her mom walked away while she laughing.
“I will break that damn bike.” Jaehyun teased back.
“Try me. I have insurance and I will report you.” She responded.
“Okay, now you can go.” Dayeon spoke.
“No, don't go yet, since it’s about dinner time might as well join us, handsome customer.” Dayeon’s mom initiated.
“No No No, mom he’s busy.” Dayeon talked back.
“Actually a meal sounds nice, thank you Mrs. Kim.” he replied
During dinner time, laughter and jokes were shared around the table. While finishing his meal, Jaehyun bid his goodbye to Dayeon’s family. Before he stepped out the door, Soyeon ran up to him and grabbed his pinky, looking up at him. “You have to visit us more often, Dayeon’s handsome friend.” “Yes, come over anytime dear.” said Mr. and Mrs. Kim.
“Thank you, I will.”
“Dayeon! What are you doing? Walk your friend out!” Her mother demanded.
While walking Jaehyun out. Jaehyun spoke up and said, “Thank you for this, it’s been a while since I had a home-cooked meal with people.” Dayeon smiled and waved him off.
After a month has passed, Jaehyun and Dayeon grew closer. Having a meal at her place every now and then. Not only did Dayeon get closer with Jaehyun but also with Si-eun. Dayeon has been switching back and forth from eating mostly with Jaehyun on the rooftop but also with Si-eun in the cafeteria. Exhausted from the switcharoo, she decided to invite Si-eun up there as well. Upon entering the rooftop, Si-eun was about to smile and wave at her best friend until her eyes landed on HIM.
“What the fuck is that ass doing here?” Si-eun exclaimed.
Everyone exchanged a look of confusion until they saw Si-eun's eyes on the boy sitting to the right of Jaehyun.
“Jaemin?” Dayeon asked.
“Yeah that asstwat!” Si-eun spat.
“Hello to you too Ms She hulk” Jaemin chuckled, clearly proud of his snarky remark.
“Fuck you, you ass” Si-eun said without forgetting to glare at him.
“I thought it was just going to be us and Jaehyun!” Si-eun asked Dayeon.
“Well I might’ve forgotten to mention that Jaemin here just recently broke up with his girlfriend so he’s eating with Jaehyun again…” Dayeon nervously laughed.
“God! Another one? Which one is this one? Sophia? Minji? Ji-in? Naeun? Yuna?” Si-eun suddenly paused.
“Oh come on, I’ve dated more, keep going” Jaemin said with his signature smile.
“Shut up, I’m tired” Si-eun replied and went to sit right next to Dayeon.
“So which one is it, Jaemin?” Dayeon asked.
“Sophia.” Jaemin casually said as he took a bite out of his lunch.
“What did you do this time?” Jaehyun sighed.
“She was boring so I dumped her,” Jaemin said casually.
“You’re disgusting. You man whore!” Si-eun said.
“Mmh, since I’m a man whore. Should I date you as well, you know add you to my long list of girlfriends” Jaemin said sending a wink across to Si-eun.
“Hahaha, dayeon if you don’t hold me back right now I will punch this man right in his stupid dumb face” Si-eun said with a big smile, somewhat a little evil.
The bickering continues among Si-eun and Jaemin whereas Jaehyun and Dayeon enjoyed the company of their friends.
“We should come here everyday, it’s nice,” Dayeon suggested.
“Yeah, that sounds good” Jaehyun answered.
“Yeah if I’m not busy, with you know…” Jaemin smirked.
“Call me only when he’s busy sucking off another bitch’s face,” Si-eun said. Before they could exchange another conversation, the bell interrupts and it’s time to pack away.
