     Oh. That’s a kid. Molly was technically a kid too, but she seemed to definitely be older than this one. Dealing with kids wasn’t something out of her skillset. She worked at a toy store, after all.

     But it was very rare that she’d seen any kids as young as him without their parents. ...Rare, but not never, unfortunately. She looked around first, hoping she might spot anyone that looked like they might be in charge of the kid, and then looked down at him with a kind smile,  “ Hi there! Um... Do you know where your parents are? ”

Billy let out a small squeak of excitement when he heard that and immediately held out his hand to let her sniff it.

“I’m Goat! No wait, that’s wrong. I’m Billygoat! No wait that’s not right either. I’m Billy! Nice to meet you!” Billy replied.

“Alright, your turn. I demand the name of you, and this adorable pup.” Billy exclaimed. He spoke in a serious tone that only kings spoke, whilst he was crouching down on the ground letting the dog sniff the hand. He waits eagerly for his response.

     He blinked in confusion for a moment from the way the boy introduced himself at first. Then he laughed. Oh boy, he could already tell this guy was a riot-- The kind of person he definitely wanted to befriend. Excitement filled his own eyes as he watched Billy pet his dog.

     “ Nice to meet you, Billy! I’m Ron! ”  He squatted down with Billy to reach out and ruffle up his darling pet’s fur,  “ And this little fluffball is Daisy! ” 

     Speaking of which, she let out a little yap at the touch, and after sniffing Billy’s hand, she lowered her head to allow him to pet her. Seems she’s taken a liking to him!

     Ron hadn’t been expecting to run into anyone who wanted to pet his dog-- Well, not quite, since there were usually plenty of people who liked to go around petting dogs! But he just hadn’t been expecting it. Didn’t mean it was unwelcome by any means, though.

     But there was still the question of who this kid was.  “ Do I know you? I mean, you’re more than welcome to pet her! I’m just asking, ‘cause y’know. If you wanna pet a dog, you have to let them sniff your hand first if they don’t know you. ”

Goshdammit.

There laid Billy, his body, heart and soul, crushed under Monty’s wheelchair. He just wanted to become one with the dirt, but noOOOOooo, he had to get rolled over by the money bitch.

He sighs defeatedly. First he gets smacked by Lily, Second he gets slammed in the face by a door, and now his mortal soul, flattened by the wheels of the human definition of the black market.

“Dammit, Monty. I just wanted to become one with the dirt.”

He’s honestly too done with everyone’s shit to overreact.

     Seemed like the world just really hated Billy today, didn’t it? Not like Monty could really do anything about it. Or care, for that matter. Unless he was paid. Though, the ginger really couldn’t hide his initial shock when he felt his wheelchair run over Billy.

     Gears then quickly switched to the merchant’s usual apathy as he stared down at the boy. 

     “ Are you really the one complaining here? I’m in a wheelchair. Also, I didn’t even see you down there, how was I s’posed to know you were ‘becoming one with the dirt’? ”
