Why Is No One Helping Us?

Why has it become common place that juniors are depressed and we just accept that. Why are we all keeping up this crazy pace to achieve what we want. Why has no one stepped up and told us as a whole to calm down and slow down? Why is no one helping us?
Why Junior Year Has Been the Worst Year of My Life
I haven’t had a good nights sleep since October.
I’m finally an upperclassman which means more social obligations- and no time to do anything
Expected to take leadership positions- as if we have the time
So many APs
That one class that is shitting on my otherwise strong GPA
The depression and anxiety that overwhelms me on a regular basis
The SATs and ACTs- we’re expected to take both (who decides this shit)
