Year 1556 Part 4:

In the Watson-Bell home, Nathaniel married a woman named Juniper since he needed a wife to help care for the large family home though he also thought about eventually starting his own family so he chose a young mother who already had two young boys in hopes that it meant they would eventually have healthy children of their own. 

Following the wedding, Adrian still worried over how he was going to be able to see all his daughters after he left town when Thomas decided to help him by granting him his inheritance early. With his own savings and the considerable amount given to him, Adrian knew exactly what he wanted to do with it but he didn’t have enough to provide for both Clemence and Samara. So since he could see Clemence with little issue, he decided it would be easier to see Samara and Margaret if they had their own place to be.

Year 1563 Part 2:

TW/CW: Death

June brought with it whispers of Plague throughout the world and it was the start of August when it hit Henford. Thomas had to be the bearer of bad news to the rest of the family by informing them that Simon had sadly died of the illness as well as Geoffrey Silversweater, and most of the Ernest household being, Rachel, Christopher, Barbara, and Ralph. 

Adrian was thankful that his daughters had been spared so far, yet he was aware that the plague was only beginning. He could tell the Plague was headed to Tartosa as well but more pressing was how to tell Elizabeth that her mother, brother, sister-in-law, and step-father had died. She was happy with her life being a big sister to her little brother and he didn’t want to make her sad with the news but he had to tell her before she discovered it herself in Talia’s tome.

Lucille Watson, and her cat, Mr. Ruffles.  Juniper, Lucille’s granddaughter.  Lucille despises children, but due to unforeseen circumstances, is now the sole guardian to little Juniper.
