Ikoria’s story was AMAZING don’t get me wrong… but it was super underwhelming coming right after Arcavios.

I have no idea why they released them in this order. Sure, the Ikoria story may have been more relevant to the direct plot at the moment, but Arcavios’s writing was much more interesting, and the story beats they hit in Ikoria just seemed forced, while Arcavios flowed nicely, even though there was so much happening.

Ikoria was clunky, but in all fairness I adored seeing Jurina being a girlboss and doing morally questionable shit. You go girl.

But come on. Quintorius.
