people keep being like “omg seb to aston martin seb to aston martin checo has an exit clause seb can have a seat” and may i remind you 1) they’d have to pay seb so much money which they don’t have an infinite amount of and 2) dropping checo would lose them a lot of money as well because of his sponsors and 3) checo literally saved their asses from liquidation. they would not exist without him. so replacing checo with seb is an astronomically stupid move. and you can say “ohhhh seb is better than checo” as much as you want and i can’t argue that seb is a bad driver but racing point/aston martin need stability.

if you take away “seb 4 time wdc!!!!!!’ why would they pick him over checo?
